Firstly, familiarise yourself with #10 of the Official Mp3 Rules:

If tracks are available in several audio formats then you must use the
"best" version.
Priority is:
- PCM stereo (doesn't matter if DVDA or CDDA quality)
- PCM 3+ channels
- AC3 (dolby digital) stereo or DTS stereo
- AC3 (dolby digital) 3+ channels or DTS 3+ channels
- MPG

Examples:
- DVD contains AC3 5.1 and AC3 2.0 => you must rip the AC3 2.0 tracks
- DVD contains PCM and AC3 2.0 => you must rip the PCM tracks
- DVD contains MPG and AC3 2.0 => you must rip the AC3 2.0 version

Now Tiesto_-_Elements_Of_Life_Copenhagen-DVD-2008-SCENARiO suffers from
this rule. The low bitrates, hovering around 160kbps, would suggest that
they ripped the 6channel AC3 from the DVD and encoded that, resulting in
poor variable bit rates.

Tiesto-Elements_Of_Life_Copenhagen-PROPER-DVD-2008-ADK is a perfectly
legit release, ripped using the 2channel AC3 stream on the DVD and as
you'll see, their vbr is similiar to ours.

They did neglect to do one thing however and that was to spend a little
time on creating cue files for mp3s. Not a nuke reason in itself, so we
present this release as an Internal one with cue files made available
to the trance lovers out there like us.

Following the artist album "Elements Of Life", Tiesto had a world tour
from 2007-2008.
Saturday night, the 10th of November 2007, more than 25.000 outrageous
people rocked the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This was the perfect location of the DVD footage recording.

Track 9 and 17 on disc 1 were mislabled on the back of the dvd tracklist,
thanks to some musical knowledge our cue and nfo have the correct names.


"An unbelievably powerful explosion launched the expansion of the universe
